京都信息大学院大学与微软公司缔结了名为“微软与学校协议”的合同。并且，我校已被登录在“MSDN纯科学性联盟”的说明文之中。因此，即使个人所有的电脑中也可以无偿地利用各种研发工具软件、应用软件和Windows OS。但是，前提条件是要签署“学生使用许诺合同书”。
